We encourage all tenants who care about their rights, responsibilities, and the quality of life at SW1 to join the Tenants Association. By becoming a member, you help shape the direction of our community and gain access to valuable resources and collective support.

Membership and Voting Rights
To help cover operational costs such as a website, email services, and printed materials, there will be a modest annual membership fee of $15 per unit. Only paid members will have the right to vote or speak on association matters, including leadership, priorities, and actions.
